The following conditions apply:
We deliver throughout Germany and to the following countries:
Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, other EU countries.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
A flat shipping fee of €3.90 applies to each order.
For orders over €30.00 we offer free shipping.
Deliveries outside Germany:
The shipping costs for international deliveries are:
Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Austria: €6.90
For orders over €50.00 we deliver free of charge to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Austria.
Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: 10.90 €
Switzerland: 11.90 €

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1 - 3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and on public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Additional payment information
If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days .
When paying by SEPA Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your account by the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your card account will be debited immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
